Please include your name, contact number, full vin of the unit your referring to, bill of sale, and pictures that may help us determine the cause. Warranty claims may take up to 48 hours to process. 

We understand warranty issues arise and how troubling it is to experience these, so we will expedite the claims as quickly as we can.
